Public pages do not require an account. Search and filters run in your browser. The optional comparison shortlist is stored in your browser on this device and can be cleared from the comparison bar.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use public pages and improve the directory. Google may use cookies and collect information about your browser, device and page visits. Analytics is not added to account or claim pages. Google’s privacy policy.

Contact messages and callback requests

If you use the Contact DogCare BC form or request a callback, Web3Forms processes the details you submit so the directory can receive and respond to your message. Callback requests include your name, phone number, area and description of the service you need. Do not include passwords, access codes or sensitive information.

New business listing requests

We use the submitted business and contact details to review your listing request and contact you.

Business accounts

Account verification and listing management use the protected DogCare BC account flow, separately from the contact form. Do not send passwords or private account details through a provider contact link.

External links

Business websites, maps and social links open their own services, which have separate privacy practices.
